IC-Trade is an interactive web site designed exclusively for traders of electronic components. We provide instant inventory information about electronic components for both suppliers and buyers. Our database includes many of the famous brands and distributors of electronic components from all over the world. Headquartered in Hong Kong, IC-Trade.com faces the world and focuses on the Greater China market. We apply Unicode into our system, so that different languages can be displayed at the same time. With its multilingual medium, IC-Trade.com enables its customers in Mainland China to reach out to the world and overseas suppliers can also reach their buyers in China easily.

For Buyers
  1. Search For Parts - You can search by full part number, or just by part of the part number. IC-Trade.com will show you the closest possible part number you look for.
  2. Post Requirements - You can post your part requirements. All suppliers can see your requirements. Interested suppliers will reply you by emails.
  3. Match Your Requirements With Supplies - Once you have posted your Requirements into our database, you can match your requirements with the existing offers with our system.
  4. Online Shopping - You can choose from the list of suppliers of platinum membership to get information about their inventory as well as their contact number and email address.
  5. Receive Daily Email - You can choose both "Daily offers email" and "Daily matching email" to receive. Our system will send emails 4 times per day.
For Suppliers
  1. Component Inventory Maintenance - Inventory can be updated online or updated offline using Excel.
  2. View buyers' Requirements - You can view all Requirements from buyers and respond to the respective Requirements you are interested via emails.
  3. Match your supplies with buyers' Requirements - Our system can match your Suppliers with buyers' Requirements, or you can just look through all Requirements from buyers.
  4. Self-maintain Company Homepage - All suppliers of Platinum Membership are provided with a home page. As a supplier, you can provide buyers with your company profile, contact information as well as your component inventory in your homepage. You can also have the WWW domain name linked to this homepage provided by us.
  5. Receive Daily Email - You can receive both "Daily request email" and "Daily matching email". Emails are sent 4 time per day to keep you updated while not to affect your mailbox.
Others
  1. Multi-Search - Both buyers and suppliers can search for more than one parts at a time.
  2. Industrial Links - IC-Trade.com provides links to many of the websites of popular component manufacturers, as well as the direct links to their datasheet.

Legal Agreement :

A "member" shall be entitled solely to those privileges explicitly set forth in this Agreement.

TERMS. This Membership Agreement is effective upon receipt and acceptance of a Member Registration Form by IC-Trade Co. Limited and shall continue until either party terminates the Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason, or no reason at all, upon written notice to the other party. Member agrees that IC-Trade, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to terminate Member's access to IC-Trade website at any time, for any reason, and that IC-Trade shall not be obligated to disclose such reason to Member. Termination of Member's access to IC-Trade website is sufficient notice of termination of this Agreement.

ACCESS AGREEMENT. This Agreement is not a transfer or a license of any of IC-Trade rights. By accessing IC-Trade website, Member expressly acknowledges acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Member agrees that IC-Trade has the right to deny any individual access to its website. Unauthorized access to IC-Trade website is expressly forbidden. IC-Trade website is protected under Copyright Laws. Any reproduction or distribution of this website information, by, for, or to any third party, is expressly forbidden.

CONFIDENTIAL DISCLOSURE. Member understands and agrees that information disclosed through IC-Trade website includes trade secret and proprietary information belonging to IC-Trade. Member agrees not to copy or disclose to third parties, in whole or in part, any portion of the information and the software. MEMBER ALSO AGREES THAT ALL USERNAME AND PASSWORD SUPPLIED TO THE MEMBER ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY ONLY BE USED BY THOSE PARTIES EXPRESSLY NAMED IS THIS AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Confidential Disclosure section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER. IC-Trade assumes no liability for losses incurred in the use or application of the software or the data contained therein. IC-Trade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, arising out of the sale, service, furnishing performance or use of any information, data or materials sold or provided under this Agreement. The provisions of this Disclaimer section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. The failure of a party to insist upon the performance of any provision of this Agreement or to exercise any right or privilege granted that party shall not be construed as waiving any such provision and the same shall continue in force. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each of the parties, and no other persons or entities shall be beneficiaries hereunder or have any rights to enforce any part of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, the remainder of this Agreement shall survive and remain in full force and shall not thereby be terminated. This Agreement is entered into at the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and shall be governed by laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. An electronically send agreement shall be as valid as a written agreement.

Agency service

Why Agency Service :

  1. Overseas trading is considered to be risky because money is paid before the goods are received and checked. Therefore an independent third party is desirable to represent suppliers to collect money and represent buyers to check the received goods.
  2. Customers in Mainland China face financial and logistic difficulties when they come to deal with overseas customers. Agency Service helps them T/T money to overseas suppliers and receive goods as well as perform quality check.

What we can provide?

The procedures are as follows,
  1. Price negotiation between a buyer and a supplier
  2. The buyer sends money to IC-Trade.com Co. Limited. Upon receiving the money, IC-Trade.com acknowledges the supplier and then the supplier sends the goods to IC-Trade.com.
  3. IC-Trade.com checks whether the received goods meet the specification that the buyer and the supplier have agreed beforehand.
  4. If the specification is met, IC-Trade.com sends the money to the supplier and sends the goods to the buyer. If there is discrepancy unacceptable to the buyer, IC-Trade.com sends the money back to the buyer and the goods to the supplier.
Before using our service
  1. Prices and payment terms are subjected to the negotiation of the Buyer and the Supplier.
  2. Once the Purchasing Order is placed to the supplier, the buyer cannot cancel the order without the supplier's acceptance.
  3. If the order is cancelled, the buyer is responsible for the cost of handling.
  4. If there is wrong shipment, the supplier is responsible for the cost of handling.
  5. IC-Trade.com will use its expertise to perform inspection after the goods are received. IC-Trade.com will not guarantee the goods are in good conditions and will not be responsible for any loss.
